A place to get your business noticed

IN2ASSETS is selling an industrial property in Briardene, which is a liquidation matter.

The 1 400m² property, at 480 Chris Hani (North Coast) Road, comprises a double-storey building with a warehouse/workshop and administration sections on each level.

The warehouse/workshops on the lower level have a height of 3.1m to the apex and those on the upper level about 5.1m. There is a small yard area at the rear of the property and ablution facilities on each floor. A shaft for a goods hoist is available.

The property is in the suburb of Briardene, about 15km from the Durban CBD. Briardene forms part of the North Coast Road Industrial precinct and the township of Rose Hill.

The area is bound by the residential areas of Durban North to the east, Redhill and Parkhill to the north and Riverhorse Valley Industrial to the west. The Metrorail line runs parallel to

North Coast Road. North Coast Road is a major arterial route which leads to other major road networks, such as Inanda Road (M21).

The property is within walking distance of Greenwood Park Primary School, Park Hill High School, Park Hill police station, Redhill fire station as well as the Park Hill Medical Centre.

“This property can accommodate two tenants easily and, if reconfigured, vehicular access to both levels will be easily achievable. This property would suit businesses in the motor industry (fitment centre, mechanical workshops and so on); retail; warehousing and storage uses.

“It is exposed to high levels of vehicular traffic and is in an excellent position for branding exposure,” says Virend Deonarain, who is handling the sale.
