Two choices for investors

IN2ASSETS has an investment opportunity with the auction of two properties on Thursday at 11am.

The first to go under the hammer is about 7 000m² of multilevel warehouses/ factories at 332-336 South Coast Road, Rossburgh. The property enjoys good exposure to high volumes of traffic on South Coast Road, with easy access to the M4 Southern Freeway and the N2 Freeway.

It is bounded by the Jacobs and Clairwood industrial and commercial nodes.

The seven-storey industrial building, commonly known as 88 Group House, is serviced by two goods hoists and a passenger lift to each level.

The ground floor fronting South Coast Road comprises a retail shop and a workshop. Floors one to five are similar in layout and each level comprises a large open-plan warehouse or factory. The sixth floor consists of the roof, that is slabbed and houses the goods hoists service rooms.
